Having trouble getting started out

I just downloaded this game and I feel like ive been having nothing but issues with it. I wanted to know if there is any way I can uninstall and redownload or just start over with this game. When I downloaded it I didn't have enough space first all so I deleted a bunch of stuff. Then while setting up my profile it keep kicking me off. Also when I was doing the tutorial it also kept kicking me off so I feel I should just start completely over since I made enough space now n hopefully things will go better for me this time aroumd plz help. I really would like to figure this. Out n be able to play asap. Thank you!!!

Yeah. You can uninstall/reinstall. I'd recommend that as first course of action.
Once you do, under settings, you'll see an option to download all assets. If you have the space to do so, i HIGHLY recommend doing it (but it is large).
Then if you continue to have issues, there's a bug report feature in the game should you be able to access it. If not, there's a way to do it on this site and if you need help getting to that, just tag me and let me know and I'll toss you the link. :)

Can u plz help me out with this....I'm still haveing trouble how much space will I need to do it all? And is there at way i can find people around Somerset county or cambria county cause thats where I live around n like all my friends I have or from other states and I'm looking for ppl in pa thanks

To take your "looking for friends" part first, I'd recommend heading to this forum: https://community.harrypotterwizardsunite.com/en/categories/local-groups-and-events
and do a search to see if there's anyone in your area there. If not, make a new post in that forum and put your location in double brackets in the body of your message.
e.g. [[Orlando, FL, USA]]
NOTE: it has to be IN THAT FORUM for it to pin to the map or it won't work. But this will allow people a quick reference to your area and join your discussion. :)
As for the space requirements, do you know how much space your device has available? If you can download the game and install it, you should (for the most part) be ok. When you go to "Download all assets", it states that it's 3.3GB. It's incorrect. It's much much less than that (but varies for each update).
I looked on my phone at storage n it says I have 16 gb but only 798 mb available but I have yet to uninstall and reinstall the game to do it all u think that would be enough or u thing I should delete some stuff or maybe get a memory car for my phone idk I'm not to good with that stuff so lmk thanks for all ur help
That should be enough but don't quote me on that. If you have apps that you just don't use anymore, might be worth clearing up some of that space anyway. Plus, if any of them have any feature that runs in the background, getting rid of them will clear up a bit of processing and RAM as well. :)

Wizards Unite currently uses about 4.5 GB on my phone with all assets downloaded. On older phones without much available space, plus less RAM and processing power, you'll have a rough time getting the game to install and run smoothly. I know that isn't good news for someone with a less robust mobile device, but it is what it is. If you manage to install the game and it works well for you, hooray! I'd suggest searching social media platforms like Facebook or Reddit for local area groups where you might find other players.
Confirmed. Mine's at 4.47GB (that's including ALL assets downloaded).
