What has happened to powdered dragon claw ingredient?

Powdered dragon claw ingredient is now non-existent, I haven’t found any in the map for over a week now. Admittedly it was rare but i was able to find at least one every couple of days. I also haven’t seen any seed ingredients in order to grow in a greenhouse. Can you please advise .

    You can find it in portkeys, maybe only the 10k ones but I'm not sure.

    I'm pretty sure you can get PDC from any portkey, just make sure you have room for ingredients before activating.
