Hello,
I have been playing this everyday and I am still in part 2 because I haven’t been given the chance to get brilliant first year runestones. Help! I only have 10 hours to complete everything. What am I doing wrong?
The easiest way to get the Brilliant runestones is to return Brilliant traces, you’ll need to return I think about 13/14 of them each time to earn enough Brilliant family xp to open the Brilliant chest and therefore get a runestone. Also, if you walk around a lot then opening Brilliant portkeys gives you a chance of earning Brilliant family xp as well.
If you’re not seeing enough traces then I suggest using a couple of Tonic for Trace Detection potions, which should help in making more Brilliant event traces appear.
Also, it’s best not to place any images until you get to part 4 of the tasks as one of the tasks in part 4 requires you to place 5 images on the Brilliant page.

I'm with you. It just ended and I wasn't able to get past part 2 either. In the past I've always made it through all four on these events. I think we deserve a redo. Seems like a shocking lack of Brilliant traces, ruinstones and ruinstone rewards . . . I mean really, every rhinestone I was able to get didn't yield the fragment needed. All for a redo say aye! ( and fix the glitch please.)
