To "place" an item, you need to accumulate the number given on the page. When you get 2 more shopping lists, you'll have 5 of 5 and will be able to "place" it, giving you 1 of 5 toward the task. 8 more goblins will allow you to "place" them again for 2 of 5. 16 more monster books are required to "place that item again. You need 3 more Gringotts facades to "place" them again, and if you were to open 5 more portkeys after you've "placed" the shopping list, you could "place" it again toward the task. You can place or replace any combination of items to reach the 5 for the task.
The task is asking you to place the images, which means that for the shopping list you need to collect five fragments (open five portkeys) to place the image. It may be easier to focus on placing the Gringotts Facade with runestones as that requires 3 fragments, or possibly the goblin or monster book of monsters if you come across a lot of traces since they require 20 fragments each to place.

With only 20 hours left and by the looks of your progress, you are a very casual player. Unfortunately, that means that you will likely not finish the event... but if you have spare trace tonics or are willing to go walk around for a while, you might be able to gather enough fragments to finish at least 4/4. You could also do Dark V challenges, to guarantee fragments, since that only requires 3 to place; assuming that you have enough runestones left to do the challenges.
