@AprilAbernathy I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the cauldrons were the reward for part 4 of week 1. Completing all the tasks from week 2 won't provide the cauldrons, it provides Professor Trelawney. The cauldrons stopped being available on August 18.
@Bormacska that is true of fortress fragments, but the missing items under discussion were the week 1 stack of cauldrons (the reward for completing part 4 of 4) and the shopping list (from the event portkeys). Unfortunately, portkey rewards are fixed when you pick them up. Those picked up during week 2 won't give week 1 fragments.

Actually now that the event is over you have a 50/50 chance of week one or week two rewards from both portkeys and fortresses.
