Cannot connect to server

When I am on WiFi there is nothing wrong but when I use mobile data there is an error say that it cannot connect to server. All other apps work with mobile data so the mobile data is not the problem. This makes it virtually impossible to unlock portkeys as it cannot track my distance either

Hello,
I had the same problem. It is now solved by changing the APN parameters and going back to IPv4 instead of IPv6. I am now able to authenticate when I use mobile data.
