Customizable Avatar

I would really like to know if we could get a feature like in Pokemon Go someday, because, at least for me, people are more likely to spend time customizing their avatar than using the filters etc. My friends cannot even see it, so it feels a little bit pointless to buy filters or stickers, but i'd love to collect hats and cool witch dresses and see them on my avatar, which is walking around on the map with it!

    When using animated items on my profile photo my profile still turns black... has been broken forever on my Android phone.

    I wish....if I could customize my 'avatar'/character body, face, clothes, accessories, pets et all, and I could see it as customized in map and would be see-able by other ppl when checking out my ministry ID, i'd pay good $$$ for that shiz.
