This is almost impossible task, if there is a maximum of 5 items available, and you get the 5th item only after yo u finish the task. I know it is possible with RIC, but that would mean we would have to do some task twice: either do the wizarding chamber, walk 5 additional portkeys, or collect briliant foundables again (20 items). With the rarity of briliant foundables (I see lot of less of them in this event, then in events before that), even this would be hard. And if person can't walk the portkeys, the he or she will have to do the twice the collecting, so placing 2 bogrods and 2 books of monsters. Placing 3 briliant items like we had for last 2 events, was enough.

Far from impossible, I finished it ages ago.
For players playing game just 1-2 hours a day (which would be quite a lot of players) its a pain... I don't have time to do this whole day.
That's why they give you a week to complete the tasks.
I completed the first four tasks within 6 hours. I did not play continuously for those 6 hours, either. I had potions queued up and ready in advance to make tasks 1 and 2 go faster.
You can guarantee Shopping List fragments from Dark V. Adventure sync can also be used to open Portkeys. There are many ways to place images.
You can run on a treadmill or cross trainer for an hour, while checking every 10 minutes, to open portkeys; if you want the easiest route with the least amount of required in-game time.
@AndyRozman yes, there are 5 items on the page and 5 have to be posted to complete the mission. But what you don't understand is that you can place an item more than once. I got my 5 by putting the Goblin's picture up twice, and the Facade twice. (Took me 3 days to complete.) I still haven't completed the shopping list.
Although a pain, at least the current missions are doable without spending 8 hours a day to get it done. I have to acknowledge and thank Niantic for getting it better from some of the previously near impossible missions. A game which has become a chore is no longer a game.
@BenTiger I have done a treadmill, but I didn't find that my distance was counted. How did you manage that? On the other hand, I now ride a bike slowly, and some of that distance does get counted. (Every time I go over 10 MPH, the count stops.) So there are good ways to increase your mileage tally.
@BionicManster for the treadmill session to count you have to switch adventure synchronisation on and HPWU off, run, and normally every step you have made with the game off will be counted as distance at the next HPWU launch.
It also helps to read ahead. When an event starts, google it. You'll find all the tasks listed for Pt I-V.
I knew beforehand I had to place five items, so I didn't place any until it was needed. I had three, so I only had to collect one more via towers (get three drops) and then I farmed books and goblins for the fifth. Easy.
Another trick..... if you own a roomba, place your phone on top, and let it vacuum for an hour or so. 🤣
@BionicManster I place my phone in an armband, attached to my ankle. My legs move more than my legs, so it tends to open Portkeys every ten minutes. I found that it didn't track as well on my arm.
For those that have limited mobility, who can't run on treadmills and cross trainers, you can shake the phone back in forth in a pendulum motion, to trigger it to count KMs.
Make sure to enable adventure sync.

Put your phone in a sock and bounce it up and down works very well too.
But this 5 items... Those weren't that bad. I worked harder on the fortress xp than on that quest.
Wait until this weekend, where you're going to need 50k wizarding xp...
50k WXP will take about half a barrufio, not that hard...
I am actually glad the tasks keep providing some challenge, if they were too easy where would be the fun?

if its 5.000 WXP, i think just full team high forest chamber a few times with barrufio potion could finish it, right?
i cant remember it as hard task because i mostly do low chambers for 3 team mate task and 5 image task
It was 5k for the brilliant event. It's going to be 50k for the wizarding weekend.
Not saying 50k is going to be impossibly hard, just saying it's more grindy than 5 images on a brilliant page.
