I'm also stuck in a restart loop, but I wasn't in a fortress. I had been checking for traces about an hour ago and everything was working fine, but when I tried to open the game about 10 minutes ago I got the connection lost/restart loop.
Edit: now I'm able to get in okay. Hopefully it was just a hiccup.
The game kicked me out at the start of a battle. I'm trying to log back in but the home screen is showing and still loading. Hopefully I get to play soon.
stuck in a restart loop after boarding the knight bus. there were apparently 11 people in the chamber so I exited to try and reboot the game and now stuck in the loop. Gonna restart my phone and see if that helps
Locked out of game once again during an event weekend! Issue occurred while attempting to do knight bus battle and now just getting connection lost error whenever attempting to login. This issue occurred with the last event (exact same issue).
I got 4, not sure its normal traces or not. I saw gwarp and put TC on it, but got the flying cars instead. And traces become hectic. I mean suddenly there are so many red beams (whomping willow) but only capture several of them just enough fragment to replaced once. The others either dissapear or else.
Got the cars finally @Kodokmag ! Thanks for answering:) For me, even with TTD, in the morning and afternoon, none were showing up. I went for a walk in the park in the evening and found the car. Now with each TTD one pops up at home too (not several though). Was worried something was wrong, but I think for my area, car is showing up late evening/night only.
I've had more cars and willows than I know what to do with. Took 2 TTDs (and a couple trace charms id saved up) to finish the event a few hours ago, now just collecting to mine manuals.
I never had the log in issue, I'm on a Samsung, maybe it's a specific type of phone affected?

So I start a fortress challenge with 4 others...get check wifi connection. Stuck in restart loop now. Great start to the wizarding weekend event.

I cannot log back into the game after the Knightbus stall at zero seconds to go...
I'd recommend avoiding the Knightbus just in case for a bit until we hear something!

My loss was a level 1 wonders runestone...50m later since the knight bus restart loop, I'm still not able to get back into HPWU.

this restart loop bug is kind of persistent for event isnt it.

@Dragons1111 yeah, it shows up on my morning walks. But also shows up on TTD arent they? i tried TTD twice and it showed up several flying car.
Agree with a lot of posts - great to get more willows but the event rewards seem really skimpy. Some DADA books would have been a game changer.

Has any one gotten trace charms from treasure chests since the event stared. Must of opened 30 or more and no trace charms.
