Restricted resourses

Until recently, only restricted section books were restricted- in the sense that you cannot obtain them faster than the devs let then into the game. With the introduction of the new SOS skills (which I appreciate and enjoy) we now have an additional similarly restricted resource - the DADA books.
I think the restricted section books should be let loose and be grindable from now on. I don’t think it is a good idea to keep them booth as gated restrictions. Even if (probably) lots of active players are done with their first profession, this will very soon be a headache for never players. Train profession or SOS-skills? I think it is only a good thing if you let the never players catch up quicker from now on, with their professions.
So, how about letting the challenge reward from now on grant a restricted section book together with the two spell books? Too much? A 50% chance for one, then?

Either make them farmable or get them out of the SoS tree.
It makes zero sense to have 2 gated resources in one tree.
They could have made a skill to give a chance to get restricted (or heck even DADA) books from challenge trunks or something along those lines. At least then those who are unable to regularly play (or unable to finish) brilliant events would still have a chance at getting these event only books.
I also dont like that they are making wizards choose between profession and SOS skills for where to use the restricted books. Newer players, as someone said, are really going to have to make decisions. But older wizards will at some point need to decide whether to save restricted books for whenever they release new round of profession trees or use them up on SOS skills.
