Where do I find Oddities?

I have prestiged the Oddities V page all the way to gold but I cannot find a single oddity from the pages Oddities III and IV.
What do I do?

They’re the Dragon & Dragon Egg pages. If you’re lucky, you might come across a dragon on clear sunny days (very rare though), or possibly get a dragon egg from Portkeys (again, rare).
We’re all hoping for another Day of the Dragon event!

@Eleanor001 the dragons are region based and each dragon is locked to a certain region, so in general you are only able to come across one dragon at a time. However even the regional dragons are rare and weather specific, so they are hard to come by; it’s only possible to come across them during the day when it is sunny or partly cloudy according to the in game weather.
The eggs are only available from Paramount portkeys, but it’s chance based, so they are also rare. It was during the day of the dragons and one other event that general players were able to come across the dragon eggs more easily and at least one other dragon along with the regional specific one. Some regions were lucky, as the other dragon was different in each event so players in those regions would have been able to prestige at least one of the dragon pages.
The only players who had the chance of prestiging both pages were those who took part in the HPWU fan festival last year.

We also got dragon eggs during last years fan fest. Was hoping for a virtual one this year but haven't heard anything.
@Radicaldav it was announced soon after Fragment-gate that there would be no fan fest this year. So we'll have to wait for next year.
@Imaginatio wow! This is going to be so difficult considering I live in a place currently going through a lockdown, but thank you for the info!🙌
@Dogoutlaw I really want to join a fan fest but I don't think they're coming to South Asia any time soon😔
@Eleanor001 hopefully this pandemic will pass soon and things can go back to being more normal. If another dragon event comes by, it should be a whole lot easier to get whatever dragons are available, so let’s hope that happens soon and we all have a chance of seeing these elusive and majestic creatures. 😊
