Connection lost whenever access registry

I get the connection lost check WiFi error whenever I try and access the registry. Registry page shows but all buttons and tabs inactive. All other aspects of game seem to work fine.

Tried clearing cache but no help. Doesn't help in the midst of an event! Any ideas anyone?

    Same issue starting today.

    I can do everything else, but I cannot access the registry without the error message 'connection lost bla-bla'. Can't access through the menu and can't access through the link to place item in registry after completing a stack.


    Tried downloading all assets just in case, but this had zero effect.


    A little Google search suggests this is a reocurring issue that is somehow triggered again so fingers crossed it will at least be resolved with another update.

    I'm having the same issue. Cleared cache, Uninstalled and Re-downloaded app and still happening.

    Same here. I don't think this update is ready for primetime, but ya get what ya pay for huh.

    Me too. I wouldnt mind waiting for an update if it didnt affect my ability to finish the "Brilliant Event". Since you need to recover foundable fragments I am stuck. Does anyone know a way to proceed since I cant click on anything in the registry. Help!

    Same. Any idea on when it will be fixed. Can't proceed in game since can't place anything in registry. Highly disappointing.

    I get the same error whenever I open the app. It has been going on for close to a year now.

    Well I could not use Any New event Confoundable. anything prior to this event was fine, Game would not connect to download.

    So the suggestion was to delete and re-install the game,

    Well I can re-install the Basics off Google games download,

    But Now will not connect to Niantic servers to download the game.

    The start window is in constant boot loop trying to download.

    All other games work fine, I can download updates without issues.

    ONLY this game is Dead to me.
