Missing Registry Entry

I've been trying to complete the Flora and Fauna event and everything has appeared except for the entry in the bottom left that looks like a log with vines. I need three of them and they haven't appeared once. Not at all. What am I missing??

    Those are found by opening the 7km portkeys
