I agree can't login in constant loop after locked in challenge last night this morning was still in challenge completed it now worked for a bit nut then restart loop wife's is in restart loop since knightbus/challenge lockup need to postpone event no Hogwarts fondables appearing when does work
I really wish they would communicate more regularly when this is going on, weekend or not. When a mess up of this magnitude happens in the middle of an event you don't leave players to fend for themselves and keep checking the forum until (hopefully) it gets fixed before the weekend is up. I'm glad I can play at all but I can't progress because I won't risk being locked out totally. Not everyone who plays knows about this site anyway so they know nothing and most importantly the in game warning came WELL after the issue had affected too many players. Having to choose between playing at all, when for me at least tonics aren't giving what was promised, or not completing the event is a crappy choice to have to make. Nobody wins this way
@Pearliep Hello and welcome to the forum. Have you submitted a support ticket via the web form? If so, you are in the queue. If not, you will need to submit as, I think, fixes are currently manual.
I totally agree with the requests for postponing and or extending the event. I got kicked out almost immediately today and thus my daily assignments cannot be completed and neither can I complete the assignments for this weekend. Realty frustrating!! I even tried another phone but couldn't log in even though my friend was able to log back in after I tried my credentials and continue using her own.
Please extend the event. Haven’t been able to play for the whole first day. I am veey disappointed how it takes so long to fix the issue and these is zero communucation.
I have been locked out for nearly 24 hours, and only got barely started. I would like to see this event extended or rescheduled once the system has been repaired.
Totally agree. I have been unable to log in for nearly 17 hours. Even if it comes back tomorrow there's now only a slim chance I can complete the event. It will also be the first time in months U've notcompleyed the daily tasks so missing out on those rewards. All my potions should be brewed now and can't put more in znd think I've walked all my portkeys but again can't put more in

Yes I would like this or better idea just get it fixed so alot of us can log in very disappointed

Extending the Wizarding Weekend would impact the next Brilliant event. Maybe just replay it on an empty weekend in the schedule.

I am supporting this idea and maybe get some extra as compensation for some loses
The team are discussing an extension, so hopefully it will happen. Fingers crossed the issues gets sorted soon for all the players affected by them.
