Personal level number in wizarding challenges decreasing

The new number that was appears by my name in the wizarding challenges has decreased twice since it started. At first I was 96,000 + (i forget the exact last 3 digits) the last couple of days it was over 66,000 or 67,000 (which it was until just a few minutes ago). Now it is 36,000. What is going on?

@JessamynAbbott looks like you’re a Professor based on numbers you listed. I think the first reduction was a recalibration they did lowering all level numbers for all professions. But the 67k number is probably correct. I’ve been having the same weird decreasing number as an Auror every time I go into SOS skills tree. Try switching your profession to Auror or Magizoologist and then switching back to Professor and see if your number magically goes back to 67k, that seems to work for me
@JessamynAbbott @Solterale regarding the decreases that your getting (after the initial recalibration when the SOS skills were introduced), the HPWUteam are aware of the issue and are looking into it. Switching professions to another one and then back works to get the higher number, however if you complete another skill or lesson the number decreases again. So you may need to remember to switch professions again after that.
The original high numbers were placeholder values until the full SOS / combat training system came into effect. The current numbers are errors, but you should expect a maxed player to be somewhere close to the recommended difficulty rating in a fortress (please do not check this at the moment - there is currently a fortress error!). Thankfully, these nunber errors appear to be visual only, so you still retain all your skills and abilities... When the fortresses are working.
