Hi this original thread was closed a couple hours ago but I’m having the same issue as the original post where my knight bus challenges are freezing. I got it to work once and then after defeating the last foe it said my wireless connection was bad and restarted and then when I try to go back through the knight bus it just freezes on the selection screen. Still an issue for some, please help!!! Thank you!!!!

    1) Did you try the useful troubleshooting threads that @HPWUblue suggested?


    2) What phone, OS, game version are you using? Have you downloaded all assets? In what situation is the error occuring?


    These will make it easier and quicker for the team to respond to you when they log in tomorrow.

    I have tried all of the things that were in the troubleshooting threads but they didn’t help. I have an iPhone 8 Plus running 13.5.1, I have the latest update of the app, and have downloaded all of the content. I’m mainly having issues with wizarding towers through the knight bus but haven’t been out to other towers since the latest updates to the app. I just tried to enter a wizard tower through the knight bus and as soon as the first foe appeared on screen the pop up came up and said the same warning I posted last night (please see picture above). Then when the app reloads if I go to the knight bus wizard challenges the game freezes and I cannot do anything. Can’t scroll, can’t select a wizard tower, can’t exit out of the knight bus, have to exit out of the app completely. After a few hours of frustration it seems to let me back into the wizard towers to select a challenge but then just does the same thing and gives me the same error and resets and then when I get back into the knight bus wizard tower screen it freezes again. Been like that for about 24 hours. Seems to be the exact same issue the original posters were having yesterday that got fixed pretty quickly. I was also having issues with the new trace charm (please see other picture above) but it eventually let me use the charm.

    @Boomboomdogg I've had it happen a few times since the update, randomly on and off. Happened once last night and twice tonight when I was in Dark V no less. Thankfully I was able to get back in after force closing the app. I'm on iphone 7 but it is annoying. I thought they fixed it but it seems like with almost every update it does it for a bit and then finally stops, at least for me🤔

    I have been getting this error message since Sunday. In fact I lost two challenges due to this issue. I would like these losses removed from my record as they were server issues, otherwise I was just about to defeat the last foe in both instances, then got that error message and couldn't return and defeat the last foe. I had to restart my phone bc every time I got back to select a challenge room, the game froze up. Had to restart my phone. As soon as I returned to the game, it said I was defeated.


    Please fix this already. And remove the two defeats off my record.
