Baby Beasts special assignments 4/4 not accruing credit

I’m having a problem where the Baby Beasts special assignments 4/4 “Earn 300 Care Of Magical Creatures Family XP” is not accruing. I defeated many comc traces and the XP earnsEd is minimal. I defeated one worth 95 XP and was awarded/registered only 5. Went from 113xp to 118xp?!? Have closed/restarted the game a few times, but no change. Anyone else having this issue?

    Yes! I’m stuck at 47 points even though I’ve gotten several XP from towers and one bug on the map. Tried restarting the app and my phone. No change. I even checked if there’s an update. Nada.

    It seems as though you both are currently confusing family xp with wizarding xp. My comment with screenshots to explain the difference has gone into moderation, but hopefully when it gets posted and you see it that will help clear the confusion.

    I’m aware of the difference. I’m saying the Family XP hasn’t changed for this task even though I’ve picked up several wild traces and picked up at least three traces from tower challenges.

    Now I feel like an idiot. I got the care of magical creatures and the magizoology families mixed up.

    @Norling Apologies. I misread your comment and thought you were referring to wizarding xp as well.

    Also, no need to feel like that, both the Magizoology and COMC families are easy to mix up, since they both have beasties on them. It took me a while to get my head around both of them as well.

    Thanks! Yeah, once I sorted that out finishing the task was just a matter of **** through towers with the right runestones.
