I regularly get the notification to 'Download all assets'.

Phone storage capacity is normally quite full so I tend not to do this but I also don't know what it is. It might be that by not doing it, I'm actually giving myself a disadvantage.

Is there anyone that knows?

This is meant to help you save on the amount of cellular data used when playing HPWU. FIXMYGREENSTARS also is correct in that downloading all assets can generally make the game run smoother as it wont need to stream so many elements of the game during play. If you play HPWU often and find yourself using data frequently while playing the game then I would consider making space for the game on your phone.
