Schedule Brilliant events in between Full/New moon.

For many months there has been a brilliant event on during the Full Moon. This means the oddity spawns are less due to the event and tonic also pulls through event spawns. The new brilliant event could have started on the 7th July after the full moon - why why why?

    THIS THIS THIS. I'm really getting irritated with this every month. This month they hardly spawned and I only needed. ONE. MORE. to prestige the page. It's the only flipping thing holding me back!!! There's a difference, a BIG difference, in making a game more challenging and making it impossible to play!! @HPWUblue @HPWUrobert @hpwulola can yall PLEASE try and adjust this so it doesn't affect us yet again? please? thank you!
