Complimentary gift not received

Hi there, wonder if anyone can help. I went to collect my complimentary gift for the event and it said purchase unsuccessful and now I can't find it to try again. I haven't received it and am a bit confused. Thanks

    @RomethingSandom Double check to see if you got it anyway. Usually the easiest way to tell is if you knew how much spell energy you had before. I have had purchases, item pickups, and POI visits tell me that they failed when in reality they worked. It is usually related to a bad connection. If it still seems you didn’t get it, contact them in-game because many times they can check to see if you are correct and compensate you if you are.

    I find when that happens scrolling up in the store reveals it.


    I was so mad with the vault extension to compensate lost fragments that was available for 24 hours.


    For once I had no red dot to notify me and I was having a bad day so avoided social media.
