One Year Later Part Two Special Assingment

I returned my last Foundable as the Event was ending. I quickly exited the foundable menu to go to special assignments to receive my awards. When I got there it said the event was over. If I completed it I should get my reward. There were also multiple Foundables still available to collect. If that was still an option why can I not receive my rewards for completing the assignment. Throughout the event I used multiple potions and don’t lots of money on spell energy. I am very Upset t I put in all this work to not get my final rewards
