Purchases not showing up in inventory

I made two purchases (both for 80 coins, so it's not a big amount of money I'm talking about), and both have been taken out of my bank account but I never got the coins in game. The Niantic bot's suggestions were of no help either (it said to log out and back in again) and I can't find any way to contact Niantic? Things like this really make me dislike a game, why can't your energy just slowly regenerate?

Anyone else having issues with their purchases not showing up?

    I had to restart the app several times to see the purchased gold appear in the game, specially this weekend the shop seems to be the most laggy.

    If on Android, clear the game cache from App Info-Storage-Clear Cache button.

    Yes 9/10. I bought the 19.99 trunk of gold. I was having some tech issues and tried a few times. One went thru and charged me but I didn't get the trunk of gold. I disputed it, and it came back I wasn't eligable? I disputed it again. will see.

    Mibe .az with Apple at dragon event,encountered same issue as u so I cqlled Apple and wrote in to in game support


    End of the day,they refunded me the purchase tat did not went through
