Niantic has ignored many tickets reporting lost progress, rewards, supplies, time, and money spent.

They close your ticket immediately with a quick reminder they will not follow up with you.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME

They used this game to piggy back off the success of Pokemon Go. But that is it.

Ive been playing since day 1, and I have lost levels of progress, achievements, rewards, and real world money with no replies from Niantic.

    i had an issue just now where a fortress froze with a minute left to go, and i lost all progress, 40+ energy, and the dozen healing, invigoration, exstimulo potions i used >:O

    The problem is, you dont provide numbers. I can take screen shots of every conversation if youd like? Where should I send them?

    How am I supposed to find a ticket number when the game just deleted my old progress?!?

    The in-game report system does not generate any kind of confirmation number. I know this player cannot be the only one who suffers from crashes during fortresses, because I and my Friends have the same issue.

    Same here, keep having the error and restart issue with the fortresses, losing hours I’ve spent brewing potions, high level runestones, not to mention those of my teammates who lose the same elements b/c they can’t finish the challenge without me. So frustrating I’ve stopped doing the fortresses.

    I also haven’t always been able to tap the ‘report ‘ button since it happens while I’m tapping my screen trying to drink a potion, or do a spell on battle, so I have no way to prove that this keeps happening. I will say that customer service is always better when the first thing the customer hears is not “prove it.”
