Fortress - Dark 5 - Advice

Lvl 27 Auror.
I have the following potions:
- 15 healing
- 3 strong invigoration, 2 invigoration
- 4 strong exstimulo
- 3 potent exstimulo (had saved up 10+ but all the extreme foundables in current tasks, made me use it and now no snowdrop left)
- 2 wit sharpening (will brew more)
I think I have good amount of healing potions. My only concern is i don't have enough potent exstimulo. Still worth giving it a shot if i get a good team of P M ? I give the right focus/confusion hex to enemies and also transfer focus using invigorations to Professor/Magizoolist. I have taken up most important lessons in Auror skills - so i have all hexes covered, and good initial focus to distribute to Professors, Magizoologists and Erkings, beasts, etc. I can also beat up all forest levels without much difficulty. Have done Dark 1 as well -> and got through by battling at least number of enemies/number of players. Can't guarantee the same about Dark V -> if it is an elite dark wizard or death eater, i can brew more wit sharpening and taken them down.
I'm still working on collecting more potions. Any advise on what would be a good number when i can consider the plunge?
I know it depends a bit on luck and choice of runestone (if i don't see more dark wizards, death eaters, etc).
Which runestone would you suggest me to take to the chamber? When I try with 2 or 3 - I don't see good mix of players joining in. So, should I go always go for 5, so they know I'm serious too?

I think wizarding level dont matter at fortress.
It is profession level.
Anyway, if you lucky and got a good team at Dark V and balanced foes. It will not take even 1 potion.
But as always because it is random mix player better be prepared. LoL

This is hard to believe, what is this combination? I have to use so many potents and healing potions to defeat a single foe in dark 5.

I don't use it for myself, i use this potion and transfer focus to professors and magizoologists.
@Dragons1111 I complete Dark V all the time without using potions, whether in a coordinated group of friends (better) or a random group (still doable).
You definitely want a balanced group of professions, like @Kodokmag said. When I’m at the level of Dark V, I generally like no more than two of any profession (sometimes I’ll do 3 aurors for focus if I know they pass it), and definitely at least one of each profession represented.
If aurors are passing focus like they should be, shields and proficiency can go up rather quickly. Magis can heal and, again, with focus being passed, they can get bravery up to help with elites. It’s not uncommon for me to finish Dark V with having used no potions and still have a couple minutes left on the clock. It’s all about team balance and playing smart (such as taking on foes you’re proficient against and helping out others when they’re overwhelmed with foes).
In Dark chambers we really put our trust to other profession to play properly (foes to fight, charm/hex to cast). If they not play properly potions will burnt like crazy. 😬
