Suffer With Me
This is an issue about last second departures. It's an issue I've encountered multiple times on D5 specifically.
If you are a different house than me and everyone else leaves at the last second and it's just you and I in the chamber... suffer with me. We can overcome. We can do it together. Don't leave me alone to die. I'm a healer and a lover. I am a supporter of life. When you leave, it's my life at stake. Please help me overcome the foes. Even if we lose, we did it together; and we have a story to tell our grandchildren. - Well, your grandchildren. I don't have kids that don't have 4 legs and fur.
Anyway... fight alongside me. We can play "Army of Darkness" if we need to.

Just happened to me in Forest V. Generally, I won't open the chamber unless I can defeat it on my own. So if I'm still there with under 15 seconds, I'm in it to win it! An auror entered with me, I was throwing my shield to him and bam! He left...leaving me with the additional foes. Too bad, cause we likely would have won with a few well placed hexes at least and definitely if he took a foe or two. I fought on valliently and it was fun, but its back to the cauldron for me! I won't call him out here, but hope to encourage others to just give it a try! I've had the misfortune of being dropped in during the waning seconds due to the delay and just say, "Ugh! Here we go!" So far, no defeats when that happens...
Sometimes, i think a player doesnt want to be the only profession in team. Several times i had a team when everyone hit join and the only profession suddenly leaves. LoL
This happened to me a couple of days ago, I went into Dark V with one other player because the other three in the lobby bailed at the last second and the one who went in with me immediately quit out. I didn't even try to beat it alone since the enemies were intended for two players. Then today I went into Dark V again and there were five of us in the lobby but a couple weren't hitting the join button so I just waited. At the last second all but myself left so I entered the chamber alone. Since I entered alone, there were only 10 enemies so I went ahead and tried to beat it. I have beaten it alone before, but between the combination of enemies having too many red arrows and accidentally losing track of my health in one encounter and getting KOd once, I ran out of time. I just ended up wasting a lot of spell energy and potions. So frustrating!!
