Now that we are all frequently using the Knight Bus, I thought a discussion on top tips and tricks might be useful. It could be about buttons, meeting up, strategies or more.
Let's help more people use the Knight Bus effectively!
Mine is using the map icon on the top left instead of the X button. Because I use that, I am less likely to exit out of the Knight Bus accidentally. Really useful when hopping in and out to find friends.

It’s been said before but I cannot stress how helpful it is to pass 3 focus energy to a professor at the start of the battle so they can cast the proficiency charm. I don’t know who casts the spell to stop health from being zapped but whenever you see a black wolf, especially the ones with the purple underneath please cast that spell - even with a defense spell cast they still wipe out 100 health. Hoorah to all those who play well, I’ve had so many great experiences playing the knight bus. I will no longer play D5 with someone who is using a 1 runestone, I’ve had too many defeats. If you are playing beyond your ability at least try and defeat one foe, it still helps.
If you have 50% Deficiency Defence you can safely ignore the red downwards arrow.
