Gift rates from inns and greenhouses

I was out today and passed 11 inns and 5 greenhouses. From that I got 3 spell energy gifts and 4 ingredients gifts. And no-my gifts were not maxed out at 30. Can we please make it so gifts are dropping 100% of the time.

I actually feel like the rate has improved this week, compared to what it was a few weeks ago.
But yes, given the current situation, either 100% drops or an increased percentage (or even an increase in extravagant / non-basic gifts) would be appreciated.

It would be interesting to know what the actual drop rate really is.
I’ll have to note down how many swipes I do to gifts I get when next at work.
