Anyone else having problems getting the Brilliant MoM flags? I've nearly exhausted my supply of One Year Later runestones, and not a whiff of a fragment. I've done about 10 challenges, some solo, some team, varied the chambers, still diddly squat!

No issues here. It took me 5 chambers to get mine. The higher the level of the chamber, the higher the chance of a family fragment. If you keep having low success, I suggest trying a higher level chamber.
Oddly I had the exact opposite success as @BenTiger, all of my flags were picked up between Ruins 3 and Tower 2. Thankfully you can continue to collect as many runestones as possible and find the flags after the event as well.
