Everyone Kicked off the Knight Bus, but back in fight minutes later

I was on the knight bus dark v with a 5 Rune stone. With a minute left on the countdown one by one of the people left, but I also got a message error connecting to the knight bus, connection lost. Didn't take a screen shot of it, but I tried to restart my app by killing it and restart. Nothing happened.

After a few minutes i opened the app again and it put me straight in the fight with just 3:50 left on the counter! One person left, but the 3 that remained to the end who also faced a defeat because of this issue were Lellusch, KrystyAnn, and LittleGaddaw. They seriously suffered from it as I was the only professor in the that chamber!

My assumption is that we were all kicked off, but that they were able to open the app again and continue into the fight whereas I couldn't. Not nice that we were kicked out, but because I couldn't rejoin we all lost our runestones and energy spent.

@Sorophina Hello and welcome the the forum. Help will always be given to those who ask.

Sorry for the lost assets and the fortress loss. Hard when it's caused by game error. There are few well known bugs that you have to hard close and restart the app to be able to get back in your fortress battles. Not all players know how get back in.

If you contact help in game describe the situation, request the assets lost, runestone and potions, they may be able to be returned to you. I've done this when we lost the chamber from one or more player including myself have been kicked out to the fortress .
