Whole tracking system seems disabled.

I didn't notice exactly when it started but I think it was within the past 2 weeks or so that my steps aren't being tracked. I have all the proper permissions enabled and have opened several portkeys since getting my new phone. It's affecting both my daily assignments and portkeys. I haven't unlocked one in a long time and have definitely walked more than a kilometer during each of the three walks I took this past week.

I don't care as much about the daily assignments, but not being able to open my old portkeys didn't allow me to pick up any brilliant ones for the most recent event. I have also been more active than usual, going for long walks at the park to get exercise and fresh air during quarantine. It just seems unfair to have missed out on so many time specific rewards despite having been active enough to do so. It has to be a programming glitch because I just started using the LG fitness app and that tracks my steps just fine since as stated above, I checked all my app permissions and phone settings to make sure everything is enabled.
