New Player: Missing HUD buttons. (Not to be confused with missing only the KB button)

    I have uninstalled the game, restarted phone, reloaded game and still no buttons

    I just started trying to play and I’m having the same issue. I tried reinstalling.

    Any ideas? Using iOS.

    Same error, since first signing in on saturday, no buttons , no items on the map. Tutorial was running properly.

    I have tried restarting the game, reinstalling the game, restarting my phone (iOS), and restarting my location service. Nothing. Same situation when I tried it on iPad.

    Hello!


    I'm also having the same issue. Tried reinstalling, clearing cache, restarting the phone several times, use Mobile data instead of Wifi, but nothing solved the issue.


    I did finish most of the tutorial (got to choose my name and the rest of ID information), and after that I got stuck with no buttons on map.


    I just need to get into the Suitcase menu to download all game data, because the game is unplayeable and gets stuck almost all the time otherwise!

    Hi! Having the same issue with my account, after finishing a few tutorials I ended up with missing hud in the display with no spawns. Hope someone would look into my account as well., thanks!

    I’m having the same problem. The game froze while setting up my ministry i.d. and there are no menu buttons.

    I'm also having the same issue, game closed itself while doing the profile customization, now when i launch there are no buttons to open any menus.
