I have the same issue unfortunately. I'm a bit irritated because I went out with friends to start my Wizarding adventure and couldn't do anything except the tutorial

Hi, I just downloaded the game (android) but have no UI or real 'environment' loading on the map (same as other users here), so am unable to progress. If there is a fix available, could it please be applied? Thank you.

I am having the same issue.
no buttons and nothing on the map.
I’ve tried downloading the app again, using cellular instead of WiFi and restarting my phone and still no luck.
I was able to sign in but it took me back to the fortress page, I x out of that and am frozen on the map with items popping up, but no icons. I deleted my cache again. I was able to sign in and play, but my SOS training (the new part) is knocked WAY down. This really sucks. Please restore this! You guys always send stuff after the fact. I don't want stuff. I want my progress back.

Hi @Qweenie79 I took a look at your account and couldn't find any issues you might be experiencing. Ensure that you've downloaded all assets from the settings menu and try again. If the issue persists, please share a screenshot.
