I am playing the v. 2.16 (latest) on my iPad Pro (2020). For some reason, there are no menu buttons— or any buttons at all on the screen while playing. I can still collect traces and stuff, but I can access a single menu or my profile or the shop or anything at all. I reinstalled the app twice to be sure!
I have the same error, im missing the hud options and i cant find anything at the moment. Reinstalled the game aswell but didnt help. Hopefully someone can fix this for me because i cant play the game
a few days ago I downloaded the game from App Store, the game let me create a new character, choose a wand and what not, let me capture a few foundables but since then all I got is a blank map. Not only there are no foundables but also there are no icons/HUD buttons showing on the screen.
I tried to uninstall the game and install it again and that didn’t help either. It doesn’t work on wi-fi connection nor on mobile data.
I’ll attach a screenshot of what the game looks like when I start it.

The app is stuck in restart mode. It was working fine when I last used it at 1:30am in the morning. Tried using it now, it won't open.
