@Shaik001 I am sorry if I was wrong. Let me try to understand this better. Were you on basic page or bronze before the update? (I am guessing that your friend was on bronze, with 33 goblets).
@Darkbluer I was on the basic with everything placed except Harry 14/15. I did not receive the spill over fragments initially as I claimed before the update ( before fazes put out the message).
After which I managed to get a number of Harry from dark detectors, placed Harry on bronze, and the goblet was the only thing missing.
My friend was the same as me, but one page higher at all times. He needed to place all on silver though. Once the fix came 2 days back. He managed to place all except Harry (as that was his limiting factor) and managed to have excess after placing as seen on the screenshot.
If I got the spill over fragments 2 days back, the goblet was all I required to prestige, and I would have had enough goblets to place on the silver frame as I caught quite a bit that event, **** for xp.
I hope this makes sense to you, if it doesn't, ****! I'll try my best to explain one more time :D

Well here goes a 4-day long event that I can’t do because of a completely messed up registry, lack of communication from the @HPWUTeam, failure to postpone said event, and so much more. Not risking catching foundables, placing images, and prestiging only for them to revert it all back and say they “fixed” it.
Two huge debacles in less than a month. Who is in charge of these decisions?
@Shaik001 This agrees with your image, and that's exactly what I guessed.
I think how the update (and fix) worked is that they give you additional ones based on the number of fragments on your page before the update. If you were on basic before the update, you have 11 goblets in total to carry over. Your friend was on bronze page before the update, and 33 goblets, so s/he got another 33 goblets with this fix.
All the additional goblets that you got from the book night event were not counted (because your basic page at that time was gated by Quidditch Harry).
In sum, 11 goblets is what you should have got from the fix 2 days ago (which is not enough to get you the gold page). So don't worry too much if they cannot fix it during the weekend:)
@Darkbluer understood, makes sense. Also your statement checks out that he got 450 wands. That was the cap for bronze before, and he got 450 on everything except for Hermione's (he got some 200+ for it), which was the limiting factor on that page.
The weekend challenge is a bust. On my third fortress battle, it froze 3 times, and when we all reentered, time was out. Couldn't this have been predicted? At least with events start at midnight, only the die-hards are up.

Playing the event, hoping for the best. Just hard to believe what’s happened to those like me who’ve been left out of getting the fragments we deserve for over 3 weeks now, instead getting our registries messed up & placed images & green stars removed.
Given the event has started and those of us that still don’t have our free stars back are missing out on prestiging pages, is there a plan to help us? As someone who pays to play the fact the event wasn’t delayed until all of us could enjoy is upsetting and I don’t want to bother wasting a whole lot of potions if there is a chance all these disappear.
also, can we get assurance there is no impact to our challenge rewards as compared to our peers who prestiged before the change? Thanks!
At a stopgap in the event, thanks to all my missing fragments... I could be Gold on both Quidditch pages, right now!!! Where are our fragments... or at least an update!??? No real update for over 24 hours just makes it even worse! Give us an update to let us know what is happening and how long we will likely be waiting. The longer we are forced to wait, the more we lose. Communication from the hpwu team has completely halted. WHY? You just left us all sitting here, wondering what the xxxx is happening and kept going forward with an event. We need answers, updates, or at least a slight sliver of hope! Even support tickets in game are being left unanswered for over 36 hours and counting!

Books, Joke Products and Magical Devices were all affected, plus a few normal people pages (Dark Arts, Sports, can't remember all of them). Still haven't seen anything added back.

I want to play the event. I spent another $20 just last week to prepare. But I'm annoyed! I'm particularly pissed about the disappearance of placement of my Knockturn Alley sign, Fawkes, Flying Key, Wizard Chess Queen, Young James Potter, Gryffindor quidditch banner, most of the Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes page, and all of the Wizarding Devices in challenges. Not to mention all of the green stars that have vanished! Weren't the green stars supposed to make the game more fun?? This isn't fun!
Make an in game announcement and fix it!! Please! We all just want to play our fun game for God's sake!

Again, lost nothing the 7th of May, I gained a lot from it. Those few dragons I lost that day, f*** it. I played on. And I prestiged 2 pages since then.
But then, the fix on 27th of May at 20:55 Amsterdam time, lost 51 green stars!
And they are not back since you @hpwulola "resolved" the issue.

Count me in too. I've been on the bus at the time the fix rolled out, was all excited to see red dots, but unfortunately the dots were for already placed images that had green stars before the fix. Most of the green stars dissappeared and not a single fragment was reimbursed for the 2.13 update fiasco. I spent some money on the game and at this point I am really disappointed with the lack of information on the issue. The weekend event has started and we have no info weather our progress will be erased after another fix.
@Blinker73 For common foundables, he catches and places again on gold. For non-gold, if he's close to prestige, he'll wait and not re-place. If far from prestige, he usually will re-place for the rewards. For RARE foundables, different approach. Generally wait for prestige on everything until gold. Hence his 20 fawkes and 13 sorting hats. He actually had 20 hats as well, but then a portkey screwed that up and took him to 13. Then he got the add'l 33 added on. Since he was given another 21 dumbledore portraits, he's even closer now to prestige than he was before, so it worked out well for him. He's not worried about having full counts on each item, he likes the ability to re-place items and keep catching. I see what you're saying tho, having those lower numbers were in his favor with the "fix." He was able to go back through his registry and get a bunch of rewards all over again. Soooo many red books and runestones.
This is listing ad the first time captured. This is far from the first time I’ve captured him. I caught one last week before the newest screwup that deleted all my capture data and green stars.
