The registry is still an issue for me!! It worked for half a day and then stopped. The MOST FRUSTRATING thing. I'll take the lost fragments over not being able to place ANY fragments. About ready to quit, honestly. I check for an update every day.
People can continue to post their personal situation with the registry fiasco all they want. But as @hpwulola said, they are working on a fix and will update us as soon as they have more specific information. Why don’t we just relax with posting the “Here’s my situation” comments. The team is aware. They know. They’re working on it. They’ll let you know when they know.
Now, as far as the upcoming weekend event... that’s another story altogether (and this is not the thread for it).
Please restore green stars, on account with codename ParryHottter. When counts are lower now than before, it’s because I have placed the fragment, so there should be a star, even if there wasn’t one before. I have not prestiged any pages between then and now.
I believe I have gotten my fragments back, but not on challenge pages; at least not on the wands, which I’m sure I’ve lost fragments on.

Something is wrong with wand fragments. I should be gold many times over on all wands. My wife plays less than I do. She waited a day after 2.13 was released, and placed all wands several times on gold.
Do I have to be added to a list of people that are still having issues? I didn’t get fragments returned and my placed images are no longer placed. I have stopped playing because I don’t want to add more complications, but I don’t want to miss out on the event this weekend.
@Blinker73 I stopped playing immediately. I'm still not playing, missing dailies and reading @HPWUTeam announce new stuff for the game, not delaying event and just tell that tomorrow they'll update us again. they just don't care.
I was one of those who already lost fragments from the last update. I also lost many fragments AND green stars this time, leading to some pages now being blocked by rarer mediums and highs. Some had been placed just the day before the "fix". Please fix this mess before the weekend event starts (which is in less than 12 hours) or else the event will be completely useless. I already reported this in the app but nobody got to me "within 24 hours".
Even My Green star still not restored..I have placed so many fragments but they all are showing Zero or still not placed. I reported the same and they said....
@alienkarissa you won't get an update before the event starts. and they said you shouldn't prestige. you probably will loose every progress you make.
I lost every progress I worked on those pages to do the event. everything I do now will probably get lost too. none of my pages has the right amount of fragments, so what's the use of playing and adding to something wrong just to see it thrown out yet again.
they should have postponed this event. its utterly disrespectful for those of us that got our game ruined BY THEM.
they don't even care if they have thrown out the money we spent on the game.
and they don't event hint at a timeline. I once believed the team cared about player base, I don't anymore.

@MrSciGuy actually they made this mess themselves, not only by bad coding an QA, but by bad communication. They said people should post. They even mentioned an idea of making a list of affected people (how silly). They never said that this information is no longer valid. They could have, somewhere along the lines of "the problem affects much more people than we initially thought it would, so adressing it individually does not seem likely at the moment. We are working on a global fix, so there is no need to report individually at the moment." Boom, there you go, then you can complain about people individually posting.

I'm adding my name into the list. Something is very very wrong. ALL my registry entries are supposed to have green stars but I don't.
If you can recover family fragments then I understand because of the vast number of fragments. But I need my challenge fragments to be reinstated. My thousands of wands and logo fragments are very important to me. I spent money buying potions to clear those chambers to get the fragments.
@dRomers same... playing means adding fragments to whats wrong already. I don't have a single page finished now. I don't have anything of sports i spent week preparing to for this event. And we still don't have a word from them and event is going business as usual.

i am still waiting for return my placed image. After the last update I have lost 3 images which l placed in that day: young Remus Lupin from Legends of Hogwarts page,Foe-glad from WoWW page and House Hourglasses from Hogwatrs school page.
i am feeling very upset with this situation and I really want that my placed images will come back
never a fan of indirect communication by fazes to other outlets like discord or reddit and then relay of same by loyal forum members to the rest of us ... but even that was better than the disrespectful silence or even worse the misleading/ inaccurate announcements recently made here by hpwu reps
and now fazes is gone, at worst possible time of crisis
no one here should be discouraging anyone else here from adding to the list of problems experienced and losses suffered ... @hpwulola expressly asked for the list (maybe underestimating how long this list would grow), nor from complaining how messed up the official communications (or lack thereof) have been or wondering what the heck is going on or offering criticism which almost everyone here can agree is well deserved by now
and there is at least some community building that is happening here, though the reason for it is so horrid
and if anyone is still trying to defend the indefensible, then what exactly could the reason be??

@hpwulola to think that I was hoping to prestige my Triwizards maze to gold this Saturday.
I had stars on everything except the goblet. The quidditch through the ages book was placed, and it had 14 waiting to spill over, which I did not place now.
I was actually excited when I heard about the spill over fragment fix, cause it would have enabled me to get to gold on Saturday (as I had many goblets caught on a previous event). Now I doubt I will even get to prestige it from bronze to silver.
When could we expect a fix? This is very frustrating. I hope you can help, and soon.
I'm not sure what's going on. As of May 29, the following are new issues for my account.
1. There is now a 3-5 minute delay to go from the select a fortress page to choose a runestone. This used to be almost instantaneous. I'm aware this was an issue for others prior to the update but I didn't have until the update pushed through.
2. If I place an image in the registry, the item count resets to zero making the page ineligible for prestige. If I don't place the image, then the page is also ineligible for prestige because I don't have all the fragments set.
In actual gameplay I get to 5/5, place image which goes to 0/5 and have to get another 5 to have enough to prestige. I get the next 5 (now 10 in total) and can't prestige the page because it's not set but if I set it it goes to 0/5 again and I have to start over.
3. If I have a full foundable, say 5/5, and I capture another one, then it still says 5/5 not 6/5. In one case I went from 5/5 to 0/5 (placed image) and stayed at 0/5 after catching another one.
I have tried reporting these issues in game but don't know if anyone saw them because reporting a bug is automated through a bot that just provides links to a help page that doesn't address the issue.

I was also out playing when this went live yesterday and now have zero Philosophers Stones because of the bugs.
