@hpwulola and @HPWUrobert I haven’t gotten any of the lost fragments from the May 7th update. Has it rolled out to everyone or is it still in the process of rolling out? And do I need to do anything?
@hpwulola Please add me to the list of people who lost almost everything yesterday. All of my green stars in both the Exploration and Challenges registry pages are gone. I prestiged all of my Oddities about 6 months before the first error even happened, logged many hours, very early in the morning and through the night to finish those pages, and now none of them are complete. Ive caught 700 Doxys and now i need to find and catch 55 more? Pages i had prepped for this weekends event, are wiped clean. I lost over a hundred stones in the towers collecting fragments that are now just gone. I have been a HP player since Launch Day and a Pogo Player since launch day, and this new fix is really really disappointing. If you are not able to fix my foundables, can I at least get all those Runestones back so i can try to get those fragments again?
so, now that we lost our fragments you go and announce an update to make it harder to get the fragments we lost because you messed soooo bad. even before you announce that you have our loss figured out. Will you ever? Will you even show you care? right now it doesn't seem so. with that announcement it sounds just like business as usual.
Ok I made an error. Forget what I said about green staring the howler and Sirius black poster. I forgot that I had prestiged the page to silver and the number of foundable pieces increased from 20 to 30. Sorry I made a booboo😳
I am one of the players from the community affected by the bug. I was in the bus during the update and I did not received any fragment and a lost plenty of green stars, about a 150 or 200.
I am following your advise and I have stoped playing and I hope you can fix the problem soon, but I have a question about the weekend event. In case the issue is not fixed are you planning to repeat the event so that the players affected by this problem can also enjoy it?
It doesn't have much sense to play it if we can not even prestige the pages.
I am quite a hardcore player, level 56, and I really wouldn't mind to be a few days without playing if it is for good.
My husband and I can be added to the list. We both have been playing since day one and have a good amount of $ invested. We lost fragments on the update and haven't received any back. We both still love the game and will continue to play but this is very disappointing.
@hpwulola I suspect I was also on the night bus when the first fix rolled out, o fragments were returned and I lost most all of my green stars. As a level 50 daily player I have spent countless hours and a decent amount of money to make the progress I had. I see others reporting their registry was fixed but mine remains the same without green stars and missing fragments. I am afraid to continue playing and risk losing more. Is there still hope for those like me?
I figured others had done the same @BenTiger but guessed I'd better get in line. Now I see that there are new assets to download. I assume they are for this weekend's event, but in the back of my mind I'm just thinking, "How is this going to **** up my game even further?"
I am still missing nimbus 2000 and goblet of fire foundables. My in game name is TravelOTElf. Thank you for your hard work on trying to resolve this issue for everyone, although it would be nice if there were some communication in the game itself, even if it simply directs us to this site.
I'm also a player affected by the bug and haven't recovered it yet. I was probably on KNIGHT BUS when I updated the server yesterday morning. Shortly thereafter, I noticed that I was losing a lot of fragments and green stars.

EDIT- The Download all assets button lit up for me right after I asked that. My husband says he thinks it has to do with the weekend event starting tomorrow.
As for tomorrow's event, I honestly do not know if it's safe to play it since I'm still missing my fragments and stars. I have seen 252 doxies yet I have 0/55 on a gold page? Yeaahhhh, no. Also my leprechauns I have seen 217 but I only have 22/45 on the same gold page? That's just one page out of 38 regular pages. That doesn't count all my fortress foundable fragments that disappeared.
Do I also need to report fragments that I lost during the previous not returned in the latest fix and also that green stars disappeared - to the in game support or you have already put me on the list ?
@AdalineClark Ohhhh snap that is such a bad idea. The grind for red books already sucked and now they're making it harder... AFTER taking a ton of our fragments away? Are they trying for a Guiness record for how fast they can destroy their player base?
Will people, who tapped on images that had missing green star before the green star fix, receive lost fragments? I just want to know so I can move on. Thank you for your hard work.

Had green stars on Magical Devices I on 3 out of 4 elements (all but the Sneakoscope), they are gone.
Probably a lot more changes on previous pages that I don't find fascinating, so can't remember.

@Blinker73 yes, I did see your post! I actually wrote and submitted my post yesterday (5/27), and it went to moderation limbo. It was finally approved and posted roughly 16 hours later, which was after your post I think. Maybe before, too many comments to sift through now! If I'm understanding you correctly, it matches up pretty closely to my husband's registry. Many items he received "duplicates," but then others he received nothing. I didn't quite understand the rhyme or reason, but after your post, it made more sense. It's still quite silly, and wrong, that he received so many extra fragments when all he lost was on one frame.

Over 24 hours now.. no green stars returned nor lost fragments. Yet, a new update was released?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

I've spent hours writing down missing green stars and lost surplus fragments, and now I can't show it here, because posting does nothing. Great.
