@HPWUrobert from many players I have gathered, all of the people whose fix still has not kicked in is because we were on the knight bus when the update rolled out. You need to look into this issue asap. Any other people whose fix have not kicked in and was on the knight bus please help to corroborate. @hpwulola
@HPWUTeam I anyone still on to respond. @HPWUrobert saying that both fixes are done complicated things so much more! We need a response and a resolution, as many people are still missing thousands of fragments and are too afraid to even play right now!
@HPWUrobert please take a look at my account. I prestiged all pages after getting the 2.13 update on 5/7. I lost all the fragments that would have rolled over to the next page. For example, my challenge wands pages should be both gold if the fragments roll over correctly.
I've been looking forward to today's fix for a long time, but today nothing happened to my registry at all: no added fragments, no missing green stars. I see there are other people like me who posted earlier. Since you claim the first fix is already done, I think your criteria for that fix may have been too narrow. Would you please combine the first and second fix, and run it on the rest of us who were affected on 5/7 but excluded from today's fix? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I also did quite a few knight bus runs in the afternoon today. @JasonLYH

@JasonLYH is right, I was on the Knight Bus. I said so in my first post hours ago. That seems to be a key factor in why none of us got our stuff back and then got boned on our stars disappearing too.

For any players who haven't received their fragments lost at the beginning of May, PM me. I'm not letting this loss go, and will happily spend the hours that HPWU thinks is worthless, plus the hours I would have otherwise spent enjoying the game, researching legal solutions to how we can recoup our lost fragments. A game shouldn't be allowed to collect money in exchange for play if they're going to move the goal posts without actual notice.

Both my update and the fix went through, and it looks like almost all my fragments are back. Firstly, let me say thank you so much for all you’ve done to retrieve these and the quick patch. I’m so appreciative of your hard work, and it was so wonderful to see everything pop up (for me. I empathize with those who still have not received their fragments back and I don’t want it to seem like I’m ignoring that).
However, it appears many of my family fortress foundables did not update correctly. For example, I had 8/18 wild boars before the fix, and now only have 10/14. I had 14/15 Hogwarts Express Engines before, but now only have 2/14. Even if I hadn’t placed any additional foundables of these between May 7 and now, the count still seems off. Since this seems like a separate bug, should I put in a ticket for this? I’m not sure how to proceed.
The 2 server fixes have finished running, but we are gathering your feedback and see that there are a few edge cases present that we want to acknowledge:
Players who did not see any update this morning who lost fragments during the 2.13.0 update few weeks ago.
Players who saw the fix earlier today (11am PDT) but did not see the second correction (~6pm PDT) reflected in their account.
We will pass this along to the team for further investigation. Let me know if you are experiencing an issue related to fragments that do not align with the scenarios above.

@HPWUrobert I think I fall into category C, the “issue relating to fragments that do not align with the scenarios above.” I saw the fixes, and then my green stars come back, but I have about 14 fortress foundables (and one quidditch Ron) that I know of that are missing fragments.
I was on the Knight bus when the update happened and I have also not received a fix on my account for my lost "placed" items. It has done significant damage to my account.

The main problem is none of the green stars have returned, and none of the fragments from before the first update has been returned as well.
To help with your debugging, at the end of my fort challenge, on the rewards page, I saw 200/25 for the challenge fragments. When I exited the bus and checked my registry, none of the fragment numbers were updated, and most of the green stars has disappeared. I know many other people who have had the same experience as me. Please look into how being on the knight bus would have interfered with this latest update.
Trying to be patient but seeing practically everyone now has them is annoying even though it's probably not safe for them to do anything with them yet.
@HPWUrobert I am among the group on the Knight bus when update came out today who lost placed fragments and many green stars. If needed I can account everything I lost, since I know what was prestiged and what wasn't. I just want my stuff back.
@HPWUrobert, I am definetly in category 2, but the first fix does not fixed anything at all, lost almost all green stars (eg. I had them on every challange foundable, now all is gone, except the one I mini-prestiged when the update went live.)

I got fragments returned but still lost massively between 2.13 and 2.13.1. Add to that the fact that I lost some between the release of 2.13.1 and the subsequent fix. We shouldn’t have to go hunting for posts about new bugs and ‘wait on placing or prestiging until we roll out a fix for the fix’. I do appreciate getting back some of what I earned, but then again I’m frustrated at still having losses.
I am also in the situation where I am reasonably sure that I lost fragments during the update a few weeks ago, was in the Knight Bus when the 11am pacific changed was pushed (and saw a weird 50/25 fragment count for a fortress foundable in my rewards page) and lost a significant number of placed images, and experienced no update after the second correction.
Well, I noticed a loss of Dumbledore fragments after today’s changes. For context, I am on the Bronze page and I have seen Dumbledore 16 times. Currently, my fragment count is 1/5.
I don’t recall exactly, but I had Dumbledore at somewhere around 11/15 on Wood at the end of April. That should have translated into 3/5 with a green star on Bronze after the initial May changes. But that didn’t happen, so I assumed today’s fix would have corrected that plus the 1 or 2 I have collected since then. Instead, I was either at 3/5 or 4/5 Dumbledores this morning, and now that this patch had gone through, I am at 1/5 (no green stars)
