Are those of us that have not received out lost fragments from the initial bug going to receive our fragments back; or are we SOL, since that rollout was halted to address this new bug?
@hpwulola - I'm very thankful for everyone's hard work on this issue, and HPWU's responsiveness in general, but is there anyonewho can tell the players who lost fragments with the original update, but didn't experience issues today, whether their fragments are slated to be returned? There are a lot of us. We're a bunch of loyal customers who gave HPWU the benefit of the doubt and continued to play based on the promise of a fix. Out of all the updates and forums, this is one question that all updates seem to be ignoring.
My biggest issue is that I started the day with Dumbledore at 5/5 without a green star. This is a regression from the previous day, when it was 5/5 with a green star. I placed it again in the confusion. Now I am ending the day 0/5 with a green star. How do I go back? That's one of the pages with the least progress in my registry, and this is a tough loss. Is there something more I'm supposed to do? I've tried to keep up, but this has been a whirlwind.
Edit: Is that clear? Describing the issue is awkward due to all the different time periods.
Edit2: Last night I had also placed the Hogwarts House Cup. I believe I was at 1/21 with a green star when I got off the Knight Bus. After the first of today's patches it was 15/21 with no green star, and it remains that way after the second patch. Not a big loss, but perhaps this data is useful for troubleshooting the whole situation? Let me know if there's more information I can provide that would be of use.
How is the fix being rolled out? Will we have to update to 2.13.2 from an app store, or is this a server change? Is there any way we can tell if the update has been applied to our account?

There is not an update from the app store, the fix will be pushed to your devices. It takes time to reach everyones devices. You will also need to force quit and reload app to see this live.
@hpwulola my stars all appear to be restored except for Luna here who was placed this morning. In between the two rollouts today I attempted to catch her which might be the problem? Not sure but I’d really like to have her back before this weekend.
@Mugtastic no need to update to a new version, these changes are done by adjusting server data. I took a look at your account and see that the Images you placed on May 7th (mainly challenge Foundables) are the same ones you're placing again (in the last 10+ minutes), which is one indication that you received those Fragments again. I did also check Prestige level.
1) Totally fixed. I can play with confidence and click all the red dots and prestige all the things with no worry. Everything lost is now restored.
2) it’s probably mostly fixed now, depending on where you look and what you click and when you made progress. You’ll get some stuff back. Most of it might be the right stuff. We think.
3) We’re not sure. We are waiting for players to roll the dice and test it for us. We need more screen shots. Then we will start work to fix the fix for the fix for the bug. We’ll keep you posted. Keep checking Twitter, Reddit and this forum for mod posts. You never know where the best info might show up.
@HPWUrobert honestly im fine with the things as they are now, but I lost a lot of fragments after place them to star and prestige those who should be stared but arent after the fix.
Would you please update all of us who didn't get any fragments back, only lost placement stars, what we can expect. Are we getting the fragments and stars back before community day?
@HPWUrobert I’ve been force quitting and restarting the app but I have still not received the 4 Percy graves fragments that I’m missing since the “fix”. Is the “fix” all done now and I have to remind myself it’s just a game? I had the sticker placed as of the morning but now it’s not and needs 4 more fragments
@Flacoman placing an image then prestiging a page would increase the fragment count. it'd be expected that the green 'placed' icon wouldn't carry over to the next frame, but that's how I'm interpreting your question.
@HPWUrobert or @hpwulola any estimation on how long it can take for players to see the fix? Just curious, as I’ve been force restarting the game to check but still no luck.

Pursuant to my previous post, will there be any other patches or rollbacks today or in the future? Obviously I would prefer getting my Dumbledores back, but if the issue is closed and the dust is settled, is it safe to collect fragments via the Knight Bus?

I do see green star in most other pages however I had placed "Hermoine And Victor" just yesterday. I see that it still does not have green star.
I got all the stars restored, but I find the problem after place and star almost everything. All those fragments are lost now.
