Unable to complete community day events- what now?

Due to what appears to be a bug in the system, quite a few players cannot complete the community day events. The consensus appears that we complete 1/4, but no matter how many times we try or the color of the runes, level 2/4 shows no progress at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice. Made sure of all the updates, nothing. So what now happens to the players that cannot continue? Do we get another opportunity or do we fall by the wayside?

Me too!! I felt kinda crazy and kept trying lol.
