Fortress error now I cant fortress or interact with anything on the map

Hello. I tried to join a fortress challenge. The check mark never showed up. I tried again and again but eventually left the group prior to the timer reaching zero. I tried to join another fortress battle but it said I was already in one. I tried to restart the game but when I returned to the knight bus I couldn’t click anything or even scroll. Eventually I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now when I log in my avatar stays with its arms held out and I cannot interact with anything on the map. The knight bus issue is still the same as above as well. This seems like a server side issue. Please help!

    After the last 2 updates, the fortress of Hogwarts Castle doesn't work. After choosing the knight bus moves to the fortress, but after choosing the room the game freezes and nothing happens.

    @hpwulola is it possible to merge this thread with one of the bug reports? I feel like we are seeing a few of these. No Rush btw!😊


    @Stosiu Are you on an iphone? There is a bug currently for iphone users that the workaround is a full uninstall/ reinstall of the game. It won't fix the lag for picking runestones, but it does get you into the fortress again. Please check the Bug Report pages to see if anything looks familiar there!

    Hi @Stosiu, welcome to the Community! OC is related to a bug causing you to see the Wizarding Challenge tutorial every time you attempt to do the challenge.


    After choosing the knight bus moves to the fortress, but after choosing the room the game freezes and nothing happens.

    We're noticing a prolonged delay (~40 sec) in the Fortress when you try to enter the Chamber. Our team is investigating this, and in the meantime, please give it some time for the chamber to load. If you're referring something else, as @Bormacska suggested, look for a similar discussion under Report a Bug and Known Issues or create one in the same section.
