Hello,
I am not sure how to prestige a page now. Everything is full on this page but it isn't giving me the option to prestige. Am I supposed to zero out each of them to a green star to zero first? Not sure how it works now.

The snack box is the only one that hasn't been placed yet, because it has no star. Tap that one to place it and you should get the option to prestige the page.
The star next to the 14/14 for the canary cremes and the portable swamp means those have already been placed. Don't touch those, and once you prestige you'll have those 14 fragments rolled over.
