Can Brilliant Event pages be prestiged? If not, then why?

I just finished the Brilliant event tasks and filled the brilliant event page with images, however I see no option to prestige the page. Is this by design and if so why? Does this mean brilliant event pages can never be prestiged? I see no reason why it would be different than any of the other pages except that the Brilliant Salamander fragments would be impossible to return again since it can only be obtained once by task reward?

@melwhitemocha Magizoology-Trace-Areas are often where Vet's and Pet-Shops are marked on Google-Maps / OSM. Maybe that'll help you complete that stage?

@EchoesEcho I think prestiging would be deactivated specificly because of the Salamander. (I've been wondering about the "Hagrid's Hut"-Frame of "Care of Magical Creatures" until I've seen another - insanely high-level - Hagrid-Trace recently)

Hi, can i ask, how did you manage to complete the 2nd part of the event. I cant seem to return 3 magizoology family foundables. I have stuck at this stage for 2 days.
