Your description is a little... well, unprecise. What exactly isn't working?
If - for some reason - the button for the knight bus seems to not do anything, try uninstalling the app, re-installing it and download all the assets again. That "should" fix that particular issue.
If your issue seems to be something else, please elaborate 😊
Is there any timeline for a fix to the Knight bus? I suspect those of us who prestiged the pages before the warning not to, are the ones without the bus.

So with everything I'm reading right now, Apple users are needing to uninstall/reinstall the game in order to get the fortress back to working... something with the new update. It should fix things, however, I'm not an iOS user so I'm not sure how many times it may take or if this workaround works for everyone.
The down side, you get a million red dots to go through, as well as having to re-download all assets and redo your picture and wizard ID details (not your username).
The upside, the servers hold all your information so outside of the wizard id you won't lose any gameplay.
This is, according to @HPWUFazes a known issue that they are looking into and working on fixing.
Guys, I signed out of my account deleted the app and then re installed it and it works fine. Nothing lost progress wise. Only have to link in adventure sync again then clear some red dots :)
It may just be me however, it appears that the Knight bus works at certain times during the day. For example, today I was able to access the bus around 7:00PM EST and play multiple rounds though I cannot now access the Knight bus and 11:00PM EST. I do not know if there is a glitch still or if this is planned somehow (perhaps to deal with the hordes of players accessing it), or even if the fortress is simply full. I am going to continue trying to access it every once in a while over the next few days and see what happens.
Is this problem being worked on? Any updates when the knight bus will be working again? It’s been a good week since mine stopped working.. I cannot complete days ly achievements or just do wizarding challenges at all... plz fix👍🏼
Sorry 😐 didn’t read all of the reply’s completely before I posted. I’m gonna do what BOMACSKA suggested and hopefully that will solve the problem. I do have IOS too.
i have deleted the app and reinstalled it. Here’s my problem, I can use the Night Bus once in a while mostly it doesn’t work. Not sure what to make of it. I’m also an iPhone 11 user. The new graphics and updates are great sans the non-working Night Bus icon. Niantic, how ‘bout an update?

knight bus not working on apple iPhone X after new update
I have an iPhone also. The Knight Bus isn’t working for me either. WTHeck. Can’t complete my challenges.

Disturbing that part of daily challenge i need the night bus to do and it is dead. I so dislike updates!

I have an iPhone 11 and I took the bus this morning but now nothing happens when I click/touch the icon

No issues with Knight Bus. (Though I may need to delete app & reinstall if I ever want to tweak my wizarding portrait again.)
