Kicked out of fortress and not able to rejoin

Once I get pretty far into a Wizarding Challenge I get an error message and forced to restart. I’m on a very secure WiFi network at the time. This has happened at least three times and I’ve lost the ruin stones (which were 5s), potions, energy, and points.

Welcome to the forum @Phoenix3Ashley, I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem. This is a well known and widespread bug. There is a discussion of it here:

The highlights of what we know are:

* Don't push the restart button when the error pops up. Instead, force close the app and restart to (hopefully) be put back into the battle.

* You can report the error to in app support to request a refund of your lost runestone and potions.

* The dev team is aware of the bug and working on a fix.
