I too have this problem. I restarted my phone and it worked... but now it wont let me do it again. Was almost finished with 3 of 4 stage too. Really ticking me off! Won't let me sign in. Keeps asking for my google but 5hat isn't the email i used.

I have the same problem. I can’t even use my Facebook account to log into the forum. My progress was reset from level 43 to level one. I lost all the keys with the portkeys and I can’t play the current event. I already wrote to the support last week but did not hear anything, which is very frustrating. I also did everything from the FAQ like reinstalling the App, cleared the cache etc.
Don't worry, your high-level account is safe! It looks like you've accidentally created a new account by logging in with a different Login Method. You can just log out from the current low-level account and choose the right Login Method to access "XScars".
I can’t even use my Facebook account to log into the forum.
If your Facebook account is linked with a new account, you won't be able to access the forum with it until you choose your Code Name in-game.
@HPWUblue thank you so much for your answer. I always end up with a level one game. I did delete my safari browser data and reinstalled the game. I probably used my Apple ID accidentally, but now when I used my Facebook Account I also end up with the level one game. I never used google for the game, I just used it to sign into the forum.
@XScars You can only access the forum using in-game accounts. That's how your user name here is exactly the same as your in-game Code Name "XScars". Please use the same login method you used for the forum to access the right account in-game. Once you do, you can check the account details in in-app settings > help/ legal.
@HPWUblue thank you so much, I can play again. I never thought that I had used the google account because I never use that for anything and when I was logged in with Facebook it told me that I had used it before to sign in. ☺️
