Contact Us bot not replying

I reported the fortress error earlier today and then found that I might be able to get back my lost runestones & energy by Contact Us (as stated in the forum).

So, I go to Contact Us and was following the steps and replied “I still need help”. However, the app quitted itself again and when I tried to contact the second time, the bot didn’t respond the last question and I can’t ask a new one anymore.

    When it finally replies after an hour and allow me to reply, the bot just keep saying “I'm going to ask you a few questions so I can help direct you to the right place. Which of these categories most accurately describes your question?” WITHOUT showing the category choices.
