First off, @HPWUTeam Well done! I finally got a chance to sit down and have a hard look at this new feature. Someone mentioned in another thread that it was like the wild west right now, and it is. Yet with the great info I see being posted on strategies, I am looking forward to digging in. Initial impressions are good. Looking forward to private rooms 😉
Controlling the Room
When joining a fortress battle at Hogwarts Castle, a good strategy for controlling a room is to be the first to enter. The first to enter a room is Boss. This player will wait until all four remaining slots are filled and ready to battle (joined). As soon as the fourth player hits join, the room Boss will immediately begin the battle by being the last to join.
This ensures all battles you begin have a full compliment of players. If you join a room that is already occupied, 'join' immediately. Let the room Boss control the room. If you are first to join a room, you are Boss. Have your finger on the 'trigger'. As soon as the 4th player 'joins', immediately trigger the battle.
