The Knight Bus feature has begun rolling out to players. We have created this forum section for players to share stories they collect on their Knight Bus journeys. We will be updating this post today as The Knight Bus continues to roll out to more players!
Make sure you've updated the game to version 2.12.1 in order to hop aboard. In addition, be sure to download all assets for a smooth gameplay experience.
Update: The Knight Bus is now live for all eligible players (Level 7 and Above.)

seeing everyone's posts and I'm so jealous. I was gonna try to level up as fast as I could since I'm just short of 40 myself but I'm trying to conserve energy and baruffio's. I'm trying to just be patient (that's hard😂) but it seems to be rolling out fairly quickly after the update so I have my fingers crossed it'll get to me sooner rather than later🤞🏼🤞🏼

Also, this is mentioned in my post, but another reminder to download all assets! 2.12.1 included the Knight Bus, and downloaded that asset or at least essential assets will improve your experience with loading. into the feature!! Please advise this to anyone experiencing connection issues.

I haven’t come across anyone I know yet, but who knows, maybe soon.
I got super excited and jumped into some challenges, now I’ve got less than 10 spell energy left 🤦♀️ I’m going to have to wait a while and restock, but I shall be back once I have enough again.
Until then, *starts talking to the map * come on ground spell energy... come out come out wherever you are... I’m waiting... 😂
Is there a way to get my friends into the challenge with me? Or is it just random players?
Just trying knight bus. Have 2 other players (prof).
Got sudden frezze for a second, i think because we simultaneously give a buff. And suddenly from 3 foes become 11 foes after i fought 1 only remain 2 foes. Is this normal? Never been fortress with other players.
Is there a limit to the number of times per day we can hop on and catch a ride? I'm currently under severe storms and often I loose runestones during regular storms due to data drops loss. Don't want to loose a once a day only trip!
Lost battles too because of drop outs.

@Alieana No limits have been mentioned yet. The only limit I can think of is running out of spell energy. If you have enough though or are able to get more, then you can play as much as you want.

So I'm loving the update so far, but since we can't battle our friends (yet) in chambers I'm finding it a bit hard to coordinate certain foes in groups since I'm not used to group play yet (I'll get there!) But I'm wondering, can we try and plan on here to enter the same chamber so as to conserve energy by battling our easier foes?? As of now I need formidable death eaters but they're always taken before I can hit the button😂

It was a bumpy ride to the Hogwarts Castle, and had a lot of fun playing WC with others after sooo long!
Fortunately for me, they weren't all strangers~

The only problem is I ran out of energy way too quickly. I walked down to the little park near my house but with only one Inn and absolutely no spell energy on the ground, it’s going to take me a long while to build it back up again!
Also, while before most of the gifts I received were spell energy, now I’m receiving nothing but Runestones! It’s not that it’s not appreciated, I just think it’s funny that before no one had Runestone gifts to give and now everyone has plenty! Any gift is wonderful though, of course!

This is the best thing yet! I haven't been able to do fortress with others in my area, got to Hogwarts and had a blast! Thanks for creating the Knight bus experience

You won't see the 'View Post' option if you embed a comment's link.
Also, if you don't see the option to delete, try moving to the end of text (the empty space right after your attachment) and hit backspace to remove it.
Big thanks to the teams at Niantic and Portkey for getting this feature out in what I assume to be something of a rush!

@WerewolfChaser Yuck, that looks unpleasant.
That being said, I did hear of a bug that causes all members of a group being kicked under certain circumstances. If I understand the reports correctly, it is triggered by the untimely loss of consciousness of an Auror combined with an Magizoologist leaving active combat to "fix" that.
Apparently, the bug can only be avoided by ensuring that nobody loses consciousness.

@WerewolfChaser oh no. That’s not good at all.
Currently I’ve had one instance where the game tried to kick me out. No idea what caused that glitch though. The internet connection where I am is good. It took two tries of force restarting the game to get back in and we had lost one person when I came back. I’m guessing the same may have happened to the person we lost part way through the battle.
Another thing I’ve found is that sometimes when I click on the Knight bus icon and then click ok, it completely closes the app. Restarting it is okay, but not sure what’s causing that glitch either. Maybe the fortress it’s trying to take me to is full, not sure. I hope the devs are able to find fixes for these issues.
