Reduction in graphics

There seems to be quite a drop in graphics today. I'm on OnePlus 5T running Android 9, but I know numerous people on other phones complained about the same thing. Some have Huaweis, Pixels, Xperias. Seem to all be on androids, not sure about other OS.

The screenshot shows the pixelated shadows in encounters, though the colours on the map seem to be somewhat washed off as well.

Doesn't look like it's a phone issue as it would be much more an isolated thing rather than happen to a whole bunch of people at the same time. Not likely connected to the update either because I'm still on 2.11, but someone said they updated to 2.12 hoping it'll fix and it didn't.

I can confirm this. I was on 2.11 too, and saw the same graphics issue.

I updated to 2.12.0 and downloaded ALL new assets, but the issue is still there! 😕

    P.S. Samsung S10 Plus

Same issue here, updating to 2.12 didn't solve anything. The only difference from yesterday is that traces on map are less colorful.

    Hello everyone,

After the recent update I have permanent low fps in my game. It's unplayable really.

I use a Oneplus 6T, reinstalled the game, didn't work sadly.

It looks like battery saver is permanently on, however the switch doesn't work.

Please fix this, for I really want to go back playing again.

    Kind regards,

@HPWUblue is there any update at all..? The help article provided has no information other than the fact it's being investigated since the day the issue was picked up.

I had the same apparent graphic quality drop after the recent patch. I'm playing on an ASUS ROG Phone.

Hi, I'm on version, my device is Pixel 4

It's still laggy, it's been almost one moth, I'm so missing that smooth experience..

Galaxy S9 is now smooth again, S20+ is not.
