The Tonic for traces potion is only revealing traces for marauder's map even after completing the first task in the magical mischief event.
Anyone else facing the same problem??
I have reported this bug to the HPWU officals, but not sure what else to do.....

So you drank it in part 1, and for the next 30 minutes it gives you lots of maps?
And, you want it to give you part 2 spawns? Drink a part 2 tonic.
@Surabhi - you will need to wait until your tonic from part one is through, than take another tonic. The first tonic is locked into part 1 and only giving map traces... best of luck!
Thanks @Bormacska and @Keybounce for replying. But unfortunately that's not what I meant. I am happy to use more tonic for trace detection and I did, but they are only revealing traces for the Magical Mischief event. I am still trying to complete the Circus Calamitous Part Two. I am only left with " Return 30 Circus Calamitous family foundables" and "Perform 30 Alohamora spell casts" and that too only a few to able to finish the Bonus Event.
@Surabhi did you collected ALL rewards from task 1? I mean 3 x James Potter + 1 x Unfinished Marauders Map?
Yes @SoulPowerX .... I did.
Used a lot of spell energy to get the 3 Young James Potter foundable too.
Since then, I have used another tonic and also completed 2 tasks of the second part of Magical mischief. But same dilemma, no Circus Calamitous foundables and none of the traces required the Alohamora spell cast.
Dont have problem like that but the escape rate and resistance is very high for me. Last TTD only capture 14 foundables.
@Surabhi Unfortunately, the tonic will only attract brilliant foundables once you have completed part 4 of the mischief event. It is a real pain for those who were trying to finish the bonus event for the circus.
Well that's just annoying. Not only the TTD doesn't reveal any Brilliant traces, but they seem to have generally disappeared off the map. I still have 12 to gather and then I'd be done with the Extra tasks. I don't think it's possible to finish the whole Marauders map event and get the remaining Brilliant traces in the next 6 hours. I mean, I have other things to do as well. I think we should have been warned, that the starting of the new Assignment would make the old one close to impossible to finish.
Does anyone have any experience with the Dark Detectors which you can use on inns? Do they find Brilliant traces? I have an inn right next to my house which I can reach from the inside, so I was wondering if the Detectors would be worth it.
@ElisaWilson dark detectors do spawn brilliant traces. I don't think DDs spawns are supposed to be affected by the marauders event, so hopefully that will help you find the ones that you need.
For what it's worth, in an hour this morning I have seen 3 brilliant traces from my house. I may just be lucky, but that also might mean that they're out there, just in smaller numbers. If you're able in your area to go out for a walk or a drive you might see some.

@MtPollux Thank you for the information. I actually logged in here again to say, that my previous observation about the brilliant traces disappearing altogether was wrong. In the meantime I actually managed to get all of them. Maybe at the moment when I wrote the previous comment, I had just hit a "dry" point in time.
@ElisaWilson that's great! I'm glad you were able to actually finish the event. I just managed to help my wife finish about an hour ago as well. Just in the nick of time.
I have not seen a single Sirius Black poster all day. All I get are the self-playing harp and plum dirigible tree.
Same here. Been needing the poster for 4 hours now, haven't seen 1 but spent 4 trace detection tonics during then. Not sure how this event is possible to do.
same thing to happen to me so I’m just getting to wait it out for now
